Quality Running Bikes

By Jesper Andersen

Intrea-piko is a leading manufacturer of running bikes. Each bike is designed for a specific age group. The company has spent much time on these designs, producing bicycles that are on the leading edge. There are three categories to shop from when choosing a bike, Pidapi, Pucks and Ferrari.

The line of Pidapi bicycles are designed for young riders. There are two sizes to choose from in this category, 12 inch and 16 inch. These bikes are quality crafted and available in an array of colors. The 12 inch bikes are the smallest bikes manufactured and have a steel frame. They weigh 9.6kg and can support up to 75kg. Each bike includes an adjustable seat and handlebars. These bikes are for riders 3 years and older. The 16 inch bikes in this category are built the same, including the adjustable seat and handlebars and a steel frame. Both sizes can also be purchased with an aluminum frame.

The Pidapi line is specifically designed for young bike riders. Within this category, buyers will find two available sizes, 12 and 16 inch. Most bikes are available in an array of colors. All bikes from the Pidapi line are available with a steel or aluminum frame. Adjustable seat heights and handlebars are standard on every bike from the Pidapi category.

The Pucks line is the third category from Intrea. In this group, buyers will find a range of 12 to 24 inch bikes. These are running bikes for the whole family. Children of all ages will be able to find the perfect bike within this category.

All bikes from Intrea are available with either a steel or aluminum frame. More experienced riders usually opt for an aluminum frame. The bike is lighter, easier to transport and can obtain higher speeds when ridden. Typically, a steel frame bike is a good choice for a young child. The steel will last for years and will withstand the wear and tear that children often impose on a bike.

Additional accessories are also sold, such as training wheels. Some of the Pidapi bicycles come equipped with these extra wheels, which helps to make these a perfect choice for children learning to ride. Older and experienced riders often opt for the aluminum frame, making the bike lighter, which allows for more speed while riding. - 29957
