Consider how often you use them and do not ignore the feelings of soreness and pain. Remember to take an occasional break when you spend a great deal of time typing and so on. Get up and move around when you work from your computer. Prevention is the best medicine when it comes to wrist pain. It is much easier to do than trying to correct the problem once it happens.
